About us
The e-Rider is being implemented by the Wellington ICT, the brand name of Wellington Region 2020 Communications Trust. We are a charitable trust running projects to improve access to information and communications technologies (ICT) for every community across the region.
We seek to engage, equip and empower community and voluntary groups by providing access to ICT, capability building and upskilling programmes.

Our vision, mission and values
Our vision is that all the citizens of the Wellington region will be empowered by information and communication technology (ICT) and their communities strengthened through full participation in the information society; and that the Trust will be recognised as a leader in bridging the digital divide.
Our mission is to bring people together to explore new opportunities. We will do this by operating a not-for-profit Trust to create, trial and establish sustainable community ICT initiatives.
Our values are to be innovative and creative in our approach, and committed to sharing our knowledge with anyone who can benefit from our experience and capability.
