Every organisation is different and we would like to discuss how we can best meet your IT advice and support needs. Call us to arrange a free visit from our e-rider on 0508-erider. The e-rider service is available during business hours, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

 

IT advice and support available

Not-for-profit community and voluntary organisations based in the Wellington region are offered face-to-face IT support and advice. Not-for-profit organisations that sign up get:

  1. Telephone and email support to provide:
    • initial assistance with ICT problems
    • tips for dealing with a similar problem or preventing a similar problem in the future
    • advice on minor requirements
  2. Regular ICT check-ups
    • regular visits, liaising with a nominated ICT support person on a regular basis
  3. Advisory referrals to support the improvement and expansion of the ICT environment
    • purchasing/contracts advice
    • assisting with researching and developing specifications and budgets
  4. General ICT resources and information
    • invitations to quarterly lunchtime seminars and trainings to learn about IT best practices
    • regular mail outs of targeted tips and news

Service fees

(All prices are GST inclusive)

On call IT advice and support is offered to members on an hourly basis.

Members Pay as you go rate: $75 per hour

Non-members Pay as you go rate: $95 per hour

Your support for this service helps to ensure we can continue to deliver the service to the whole of the nonprofit community in the Wellington region at a beneficial rate.
